This is the built-in help made by Microsoft for the command 'Get-WinLanguageBarOption', in PowerShell version 5 - as retrieved from

For PowerShell version 3 and up, where you have Update-Help, this command was run just before creating the web pages from the help files.
Gets the language bar mode and language bar type for the current user account.
Get-WinLanguageBarOption [<CommonParameters>]
The Get-WinLanguageBarOption cmdlet gets the language bar type and mode by using a LanguageBar object. The values for the type and mode settings can be either true or false.
The default value for each setting is false.
