Get-StorageReliabilityCounter [-AsJob] [-CimSession <CimSession[]>] [-ThrottleLimit <Int32>] -PhysicalDisk <CimInstance> [<CommonParameters>]
Gets the storage reliability counters for the disk or physical disk that you specify. These counters include information about such things as the device temperature,
errors encountered, wear, and length of time the device has been in use.
